Bricks European Café is a charming new addition to historic downtown New Smyrna Beach, thoughtfully brought to life by Chef Petr Erdei and his wife, Catie Adams, a New Smyrna Beach native. Together, they envisioned a space that celebrates European café culture and community, seamlessly connected to their sister store, The Galley, a gourmet pantry located right next door offering premium olive oils, balsamic vinegars, and curated kitchenware. Inspired by their travels across Europe and their love for food, family, and friends, Bricks offers a welcoming place to enjoy expertly crafted espresso, European-inspired dishes, and warm hospitality.

Drawing from Chef Pete’s Czech heritage and the couple’s travels across Europe, our menu celebrates the flavors and traditions found in European cafés and neighborhood delis.
